Turin Airport (TRN)
Airport Hotels and Accommodation
(Turin, Italy)
Turin is visited by millions of people each year, many of whom will specifically head for the Duomo and the famous Shroud.
As a result, there are literally hundreds of quality hotel establishments in all areas and price ranges, a number of which are close to Turin International Airport (TRN).
Turin: Airport Hotels and Accommodation
The airport itself is not particularly overrun with hotels, but the nearby town of Borgano Torinese, on the way to Turin, has a few worthy accommodation options for those on layovers. These include both the Pacific Hotel and the Quality Hotel Atlantic.

Turin: City Hotels and Accommodation
The city's largest selection of hotels is centred around the Porta Nuova train station, which lies approximately 16 km / 10 miles to the south of Turin International Airport (TRN). Here you will find a good selection of accommodation, suiting all categories. This part of Turin has been renovated in recent years and whilst not being the most attractive district, is well-placed for exploration of the city.
Close by, many mid-range and more upmarket hotels can be found opposite the Porta Nuova and around the Piazza Carlo Felice. A range of other accommodation options are located across the city, all of which are extremely popular, particularly during Turin's busy ski season. Hotel rates tend to rise at this time of the year, and also during major trade fairs, when crowds of visitors arrive in Turin, looking for somewhere to stay.
A large number of the hotels in Turin are dependent upon business trade, providing a good range of facilities, such as meeting rooms and conference capabilities. Therefore, weekend rates are often cheap and many of Turin's hotels reduce their prices during the quiet month of August, the city's low-season.
